RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In order to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, we inform our customers that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the item has been delivered, with no obligation to specify the reason.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal upon communication sent to the following email address: hello@hotcouture.vision
Veronica De Luca PF is not responsible for the refund or reimbursement for products sent by the client but never received, due to loss, theft or damages not caused by Veronica De Luca PF, therefore we advise taking care to receive the shipping number when returning items to allow the package to be traced.
The delivery costs for the return of items are borne by the customer and items which are not completely intact, which have been worn, used or are without their official packaging, as they were delivered, or are without the sales invoice or receipt shall not be accepted as returns.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the goods.



SUBSTITUTION OF PRODUCTS

In the footer section size chart all the necessary information is provided to determine the correct size of the item one intends to order, and we advise referral to the measurements in cm since Hot Couture sizes may differ from those adopted by other brands; also, we offer complimentary made-to measure service.
If, in spite of care being taken during the order process, the size is not suitable, it is possible to request a substitute item, using the same communication and returns procedure as outlined in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section above.
We will send the new item within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided the item is intact and in its original packaging as indicated in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section above.
We effects replacements exclusively due to the size. If a customer wishes to substitute an item with a different model, it would be necessary to terminate the contract, as indicated in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section, and place a separate order for the new model.
The right of withdrawal, cancellation, return or substitution, is ruled out in the case of customised items.
