GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

We would like to inform our clients that it is necessary to read the following General Conditions of Sale and confirm their acceptance in order to conclude an online purchase. The submission of an order to the website http://www.hotcouture.vision (http://www.veronicadeluca.it) implies the complete acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale which are therefore binding once the contract is settled. Moreover, we inform our clients of the possibility to save or print the conditions during the ordering process and before its conclusion, in full compliance with the legislation governing distance selling, as established by Legislative Decree 206 of 6th September 2005, specifically art. 50 and following Consumer Codes and Ecommerce Decree.
The present General Conditions exclusively govern any sale concluded remotely via the website http://www.hotcouture.vision (http://www.veronicadeluca.it)
The service of distance sale, described in the present General is offered exclusively to adult customers, acting for purposes which are outside his commercial, artisan, entrepreneurial or professional activity.

PRODUCTS

The product presentations of each item on sale on this website contain information, characteristics and price, inclusive of taxes in accordance with art. 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
All the Hot Couture products on sale are hand-made in Hot Couture Atelier, Lecce, Italia, except for other brands vintage clothing.
Except for Swarovski crystals (Austria), all the fabrics and materials used in atelier are from Italian companies, crafted by many wonderful highly skilled Italian artisans through very fair trade practices and sustainability. All raw material is 100% free of nickel and contains no toxic materials. Customer may communicate any indication about made-to-measure garment request, delivery within a term request or any other information, by filling the “Notes about this order” field, during the order process, mailing to hello@hotcouture.vision or, if already a loyal customer, using the dedicated channel as indicated in the “Save the tag” hang-tag on your HC garments.


ORDERS & PAYMENT

For every order made on the website it’s issued an invoice for the products dispatched, which is sent by email or post, made out to the person who has placed the order. The information provided by the customer during the order process will be used to issue the invoice. No variation of the same is possible once the invoice has been issued.
It is possible to modify any or all of the data on the order form before the order is sent: to communicate eventual errors please contact us, as soon as possible, at: hello@hotcouture.vision, or, if already a loyal customers, using your dedicated channel as indicated in the "Save the tag" hang-tag of your HC item.


DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Italy, the garments are carefully handmade on order. We do not have a warehouse and, delivery times, may vary depending on the items ordered, the choice and availability of the materials and the eventual customisation ordered. Anyway, in accordance with art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of items orders will take place within a maximum of 30 days beginning from the day after payment is received from the customer.
For customised items the waiting time before delivery may exceed 180 days.
On receipt of the order the customer is required to check the correspondence of the items ordered with the delivery documentation and the entirety of the parcel received. The customer is also required to report any eventual damages to the courier in writing. Once the delivery documentation has been signed it will no longer be possible to effect notification of eventual damages caused by the courier.
A delivery and tracking notification it’s sent to the email address provided by the customer on delivery.
We effect international shipping by express courier run by DHL Express. The cost of international shipping varies according to the delivery country and it is clearly indicated during the order process before payment is made.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours; although it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, we could arrange the delivery to be made within a specific date.
Delivery in Italy is free and scheduled in 48h from shipment;
For shipments to Europe delivery is expected within 5 working days;
For worldwide orders, delivery is expected within 8 working days from shipment.
We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.


CERTIFICATION & GUARANTEE

Hot couture design items are hand-crafted in Italy by highly skilled Italian artists using Italian materials which are free from harmful substances. We guarantee the authenticity and the safety of the materials used by which are clearly identifiable in the product information of each item and guaranteed by the tags included.
Hot Couture trademark, as with the representational and non-representational trademark present on the products on the relative accessories and/or packaging, together with service trademarks, that are subject to registration or otherwise, as with all illustrations, images or places protected by copyright and, more generally, all the intellectual property rights relating to the Products are and remain the exclusive property of Veronica De Luca PF, whose registered office is: Via Scrivia, Lecce, Italy.
We guarantee our clients complete assistance with products purchased from hotcouture.vision (http://www.veronicadeluca.it) and from its authorised distributors without time limits as far as repairs and substitution of small parts which are damaged or partially worn according to the availability of the materials and the significance of the damage.

The present General Conditions are regulated by Italian law and should be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of the present General Conditions of Sale will be subject to the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the competent court of the place of residence or domicile of the Client/consumer.
